After a two-day break, the Calgary Flames are back in action tonight as they seek their first win of the season against the Minnesota Wild tonight at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul! It’ll be somewhat of an early game — it’ll start at 6:00 on Sportsnet West.

The Flames are on a roll, having won three straight games against three pretty good teams: L.A., Anaheim, and Chicago. The top line looks to be getting back in sync as well, which should help the team after an inconsistent December.

Alex Stalock will get the start for Minnesota, which is notable since he has beaten the Flames twice already this season. Mike Smith will start for the Flames.
